If you want to get a new and fresh feel to your bread this season try out our mint laccha paratha.

The Pudina Lachha Parathas originated from Mughlai cuisine. Mint is called “Pudina” and Lachha means layered in Hindi. Pudina Lachha Paratha, is a delicious multi-layered whole wheat flat paratha or bread that is prepared with a combo of pudina/mint, garlic, and some aromatic spices that bring a unique flavor to this bread.

Mint has a nice soothing as well as fresh fragrance. The Pudina Lachha Parathas taste yummy and are quite popular in the restaurants and dhabas (small roadside joints) in the Northern part of India. We bring the same flavor and feel to this bread in our restaurant.

Try our healthy layered flatbread recipe curated with mint leaves in whole wheat flour. There are many ways of having parathas but delicious, crisp and flaky layered laccha parathas are always a popular bet in any lunch or dinner engagement.

Mint has many benefits in the summer season. It is not only cooler on the stomach, but it also keeps our skin fresh and away from inflammation. A sure way to feel healthy in hot weather. Also if you are prone to pimples, digestive issues, or headaches in the heat, mint is a blessing and keeps all these worries away!

Flaky and soft Pudina Lachha Parathas are great when paired with any Indian curry especially these we serve – dal bukhara, tikka masala, vindaloo, chettinad curry, korma, butter masala, makhani, anjeer malai kofta, or rara goat.
